If you have a small business, you're probably well aware that there are a lot of cool technological items that may make your life easier. But what are they exactly? Read on, friend.
1. Xerox: You need a Xerox copier, a Xerox printer and maybe even a scanner/fax machine, though these usually come in a multifunctional printer/copier/scanner tool. But even if you only need a Xerox printer, your life will become much easier.

8. TV: If your company gives a lot of presentations, or maybe you just like to play around and relax in order to fuel creativity, a TV is a good way to lighten the mood. 3DTV has yet to catch on, but it probably won't be long before it does.
These eight items aren't indispensable, but they sure will make your life a lot easier. Having remote access to your office work means you don't have to stress while you're away, which means you can do more with your time when you are at work.

XEROX workCentre 7665 setting problem?
I have a XEROX workCentre 7665 copier machine. Every time when I print a file from my computer, the copier will print a piece of paper to show the name of my print job file and the date (Like the test print or message page) before it starts to print my file. Can someone shows me how to change the setting? I want to disable the the message page since it wastes paper.
It's really not the printer that's doing that.
Sounds like you're printing out of a Microsoft application. This is an option to print the document properties that has been selected/enabled. The following is specific to MS Word 2003 & 2007 as indicated, but may be the same or similar for other versions or applications. Try to find the option that will fix your problem.
MS Word 2003:
Open the application, go to your applications menu/toolbar at top and select "Tools," then select "Options," now select the "Print" tab, find the section labled "Include with document," find "Document Properties" and click on the check box to clear it. Now whenever you print you should get just what you printed, not the document properties along with it.
MS Word 2007:
-Page Layout tab
-Page Set up (expand)
-Paper tab
-Print Options
