Hp Officejet Pro L7580 double sided copping and printing?

Okay so i work for my dad who's a lawyer and he wants me to copy this huge legal document consisting of about like 500 pages and most are double sided. Ive been trying to figure out the easiest way to copy this without wasting my whole day doing this. is there a button i can press to make it double sided or what. and we also lost the manual the printer came with. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

500 pages is alot and if it color you going to eat a lot of ink
have you though about taking it to staples or kinkos
if you do it on your printer it will take you a few hours but that what you getting paid for right?
