How You Can Choose The Proper Kind Of Powered Roller Conveyor
Powered roller conveyors are very well-liked in the warehousing and logistics business, but have general usefulness wherever discrete packages or physical objects are being relocated. They are generally more powerful and more durable than belt conveyors, and so are able to deal with heavier loads, or loads that might tear, abrade (or burn) a fabric belt.

Lineshaft Drive Conveyors

The drive belts act as an easy 'clutch', making sure that when the item reaches the end of the particular conveyor (and is possibly halted by a 'wall') the rollers underneath it will begin to 'slip the clutch' and cease rotating, permitting products to stay stationary with out the underside being scourged by a turning roller.
Besides the clear benefits of being powered, these types of conveyor devices also offer you the option of accumulation. That will mean that when a box gets to the end of the conveyor, it is going to stop, without the need of halting the remainder of the conveyor. Therefore packages may steadily "accumulate" at the end of the conveyor, awaiting human input or automatic transfer to a different conveyor, etc... The drive shaft powers each roller by means of rubberised bands.

Where Can I Buy 1.25" Roller Bearings?
I am looking for some 1.25" loose rollers (just the roller itself, without the bearing assembly). SKF no longer sell rollers, and I couldn't find anything else larger than 1". Anybody know a supplier?
I need 1.25" diameter and 1.25" length.
