How do i replace my usb port on my compact computer?

Because my brother broke it. Well when he broke it i had an ipod cord plugde into it and their are 2 usb ports on top of each other. Well u know those little black plastic things that lay on top of 4 0r 5 metal things, the black things broke off completly so i kind of need to know how to fix it.

Sounds like you've broken the actual port that is soldered into the system board. Your best bet is to buy a USB adapter card and plug it into one of the bus slots on the motherboard.
