What cable should I use to connect an Apple StyleWriter to an old Macintosh Performa 6200CD?

You can probably find the cable you need on Ebay although it probably won't be sold by itself. You might need to buy a box full of assorted parts. But that is okay if they are parts you can use.
But I suggest you try to find a free one find. Do you live near a college? The thing I have noticed about colleges is that they usually have a closet full of obsolete computer parts that is desperately in need of being cleaned out. If you ask for an old part like the one you need, they will probably give it to you. Ask for the IT or Computer Tech person or Graphic Design instructor.
Or maybe there is a Macintosh User Group in your area. Check at this address:

Click in the center where it says "Find a group" Find out when the local group has their next meeting. Go to it and ask a few people if they might know how you can find a cable. I'd say there is almost a 100% chance someone will give one to you and refuse payment.
